Exclusive to HMV Canada & Walmart US Stores only, Originally set to be release as an exclusive to FYE stores in the US, but scrapped at the last moment.

Then for Unknown Reason HMV Canada & Walmart US carry the steelbook DVD few weeks later after it's 1st initial release in the mass market in Very Limited Rare Quantites.
